In many cases, the Hausdorff Dimension correctly describes the correction term for a resonator with Fractal
Perimeter in Lorentz's conjecture. 
  However, in general, the proper
dimension to use turns out to be the Minkowski-Bouligand dimension (Schroeder 1991).
